Temporary Cancellation Policy Amendment Coronavirus
In response to the increasing concerns about travelling during the recent coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, Dungbeetle River Lodge has temporarily amended our cancellation policy to ensure guests can confidently book their holiday risk free.
Please note that these booking policies apply ONLY to guests that book their stay directly with Dungbeetle River Lodge. Bookings made through agents or companies are governed by the relevant company’s policies.
The amendments are valid for new bookings made after May 1st, 2020 for travel before October 1st, 2021. Dungbeetle River Lodge reserves the right to revert back to our normal cancellation policy within this period. However, the booking policy that applies to each booking is the effective booking policy on booking date not travel date.
Full payment is due on 30 days before arrival but will be 100% refundable until 3 days prior to occupation date of reservation for any guest-initiated cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this includes but is not limited to government lockdowns, travel bans, exposure to COVID-19, or guest not wanting to travel for fear that it is not safe to do so.
